10:00 AM — Arrival & Welcome Delegates arrive at the venue and are welcomed with morning tea, coffee, and light snacks. This settling-in period gives colleagues time to mingle informally before the day's activities begin, and allows the events coordinator to run through a brief safety and logistics briefing over the public address system. 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM — Morning Activity Block Teams are divided into groups and rotated through the morning's adrenaline-focused activities: Ziplining — a rush across the course that builds individual confidence while teammates cheer each other on Scary Bridge — a suspended crossing challenge that naturally encourages colleagues to guide, support, and reassure one another Skybiking — a test of balance and nerve high above the ground, often the most talked-about activity of the day These activities are chosen specifically because they push people slightly outside their comfort zones in a safe, supervised setting — which is where real trust between colleagues tends to form. 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM — Buffet Lunch A hearty sit-down buffet lunch is served under the hotel-standard tent, featuring a starter soup, a selection of three proteins, three starches, fresh vegetables, and a fruit dessert to close — plus a soft drink included per delegate. This is deliberately positioned as a relaxed, unstructured hour for teams to unwind and continue conversations sparked during the morning session. 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM — Afternoon Activity Block After lunch, the pace shifts from individual-nerve challenges to team-strategy games: Laser Tag — fast-paced, team-vs-team tactical play that gets even the most reserved delegates shouting instructions and celebrating together Soft Archery — a lower-intensity, precision-based activity that rewards focus and gives quieter team members a chance to shine 4:00 PM — Evening Tea & Departure The day winds down with a final tea and snack break, giving space for informal debriefs, photos, and any closing remarks from leadership, before delegates depart.
